CinnaRollz— not your average roll
Our Story
CinnaRollz started in February 2024 with one simple idea. Make cinnamon rolls so good people would seek them out.
What began as a small market stall quickly turned into something much bigger. Week after week, we sold out across markets around Hampshire. Queues formed, flavours became favourites, and customers kept coming back, sometimes travelling just to get their hands on their rolls.
It became clear this was not just about baked goods. It was about creating something people genuinely looked forward to.
As demand grew, so did our ambition.
Listening to our customers, we expanded beyond cinnamon rolls and introduced Southsea Sailor Sausage Rolls (SailorRolls). Bold, indulgent, and definitely not your average sausage roll. Just like our cinnamon rolls, our handmade artisanal sausage rolls took off and became a staple at markets and a natural extension of what we do best. Comforting, flavour-led food made properly.
But there was one thing we kept hearing over and over again.
“When are you opening a shop?”
So we did.
Our bakehouse is the natural next chapter of the CinnaRollz story. A permanent home where everything we built at the markets could live and grow. A place where the smells hit you before you even open the door. Where rolls are baked fresh, coffee is poured properly, and the atmosphere feels warm, familiar, and unpretentious.
We are still the same business at heart. Small, family run, hands-on, and obsessed with quality. Just with bricks and mortar now. Every recipe, every flavour, and every decision is rooted in the journey that started with a single stall and a lot of belief.
